Denholm are working with a highly regarded premium drinks business who have strong aspirations to become a driving force in the global spirits market, renowned for building brands that build loyalty with their consumers. In order to achieve this vision, they are looking for an experienced Channel Development Manager to join their business in the grocery channel.

This brand new role has been developed with 2 major objectives in mind:

  • To ensure an increased focus on the grocery channel across 3 key European markets.  This is vital in order to develop a shared strategic vision for brand growth by driving an integrated UK channel planning process which will produce ground breaking customer activation plans. Once these plans are in place, the successful candidate will work with the sales teams and key customers to roll-out these plans.  Learnings will then be systemised, shared and executed to help strengthen distributor Grocery channel planning.
  • To develop provocative insight led category arguments which challenge the customer status quo and grow the position and representation on shelf of the brands.

This is an exciting opportunity as you will lead the development of strategic thinking within the channel and drive a shared agenda for profitable portfolio growth with brand and commercial teams.

We are looking for an excellent Customer Marketing/Trade Marketing Manager who has a sound grasp of the grocery channel and is able to demonstrate disruptive thinking in this space.
