I’m looking for a Customer Advocacy Insight Consultant to join their Customer Research & Market Insight team and play a key role in informing the future direction of the business.
To fulfil this role you’ll be an experienced research analyst with particular skills in running your own data projects with a good understanding of customer research techniques and in particular quantitative methodologies. In this role you will have responsibility for the day to day delivery of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) Programme of research including Relationship NPS and Transactional NPS. So ideally you will have previous net promoter research under your belt.
