They are looking for a talented Senior Customer Experience & Insight Consultant to join their team. Taking ownership of Research projects you will be involved in day to day management of their internal panels, commissioning of external research and insight and managing NPS projects always ensuring the customer is at the heart of this organisation. You will work at senior level both internally and externally so first class influencing and communications skills are paramount.
For this role, we’re looking for a talented, confident and intuitive research professional; classically trained you will have a real eye for detail and flair in presenting actionable insights. Experience of both Qualitative and Quantitative research techniques is essential as is a proven track record in collaborating for success in championing the customer experience. You will be passionate about bringing the customer to the centre of all that you do and your ideas will bring a breath of fresh air to this team.
