Denholm’s client, a leading financial services player, have gone through a period of growth and are now looking to appoint a Customer Experience and Retention Specialist.
With customer retention being a key focus for the business this role will be instrumental in creating specific customer retention strategies and managing those projects from end to end. You will work closely with internal heads of departments including customer operation, marketing and product/proposition teams and external agencies. You will look at customer journeys, identify trigger points and bring creative and innovative ideas to the table that will improve the customer experience and above all increase customer retention.
For this role, we’re looking for candidates with significant exposure to the customer and their needs within a retention role. Your project management and customer experience design skills will be first class and you will bring creativity and a proactive approach to your work. Your influencing skills will be second to none and you will take full ownership of all projects to drive the right customer outcomes. Working at a strategic level you will have demonstrable experience of collaborating for success.
Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills and project management experience are crucial to succeed in this role.
