Customer Marketing Executive - Central Belt

Denholm is working with a premium drinks organisation in Scotland who are looking to recruit a Customer Marketing Executive to join their growing On-Trade team. You will play a key support role in the needs of the business as well as the multiple pub operator customers that are supplied through it. Understanding what it takes to deliver flawless execution at point of purchase in a way that differentiates the company's brands in a highly competitive commercial arena is key to this role. 

In terms of your responsibilities, they will be:

  • Providing appropriate support to field sales resource within key accounts, in line with the priorities identified by the Category Marketing Manager
  • On-going support in the management of the customer marketing plan, ensuring delivery of seasonal priorities and course correcting when necessary
  • Maximise your knowledge and understanding of the company brands, customers and shoppers through regular contact with key internal and external contacts
  • Ensure effective communication between Sales and Marketing functions by attending regular key Sales meetings 

If you have good experience in the following areas, please get in touch to discuss further: 

  • Good analytical, planning and project management skills and the ability to interpret consumer, market, category, customer and financial information as well as implement and evaluate new business processes within a dynamic business environment
  • An understanding of the UK on-trade sales channels and their dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill, tenacity & enthusiasm – a strong sense of self-motivation to deliver results
  • A numerate and commercial individual that has the ability to think strategically, and the potential to progress to more senior roles within the organisation
