I am currently working with one of our key financial services organisations in Edinburgh who are looking ECRM Consultant (Electronic Customer Relationship Manager) to join their expanding team. Someone with a passion for digital marketing and who enjoys a fast paced environment will thrive in this position.
In this role, you will be supporting the ECRM Manager to improve the business’ use of E-CRM by understanding, planning, co-ordinating and managing 121 channels (predominantly, but not exclusively, Email and Coupon). Key areas of involvement will include monitoring performance of channels, identifying improvements and feeding recommendations back to Marketing Delivery Managers/Marketing Consultants. Responsibility for the development of the suite of trigger and behavioural emails, ensuring campaigns are compliant and creative is up to date. Finally, working with the ECRM Manager to consider how best to develop the methodology and expand processes to encompass a broader range of digital touch points e.g: Social.
