Denholm’s client, a leading premium spirits business, is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join their successful team. Working at a senior level within the business, you will be responsible for managing one of their most successful and established categories. This position will play a vital role in developing the range strategy and delivery across price, promotion, channel, customer and SKU.
As well as championing the portfolio plan, you will lead the growth and future development of the brands with a strong focus on performance management and ROI. Due to the far-reaching nature of the role, you will provide support to all business functions; acting as a key liaison between a number of departments including both internal and external stakeholders, so a highly commercial approach will be essential.
The Marketing Manager will manage one direct report and as such, you must have experience of people management. You will be expected to think both strategically and tactically, and must be comfortable taking the initiative and leading others. Passionate and creative about the product, you must use all available information to engage the wider business, customers and consumers.
This role will suit a highly motivated brand marketer who has held a Senior Brand Manager position or above within an FMCG environment. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have successfully worked in a marketing role in a food or drinks business and are looking for a new and challenging role. International and domestic travel will be required to support customer relationships and market knowledge so a flexible attitude is vital.
