We are currently on the look-out for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to cover 10-month maternity leave starting January 2018.
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be an experienced Accounts Assistant with at least 2 years’ finance experience within a team orientated environment. You will have a good eye for detail and have the initiative to work alone. Dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible are also traits we’re looking for along with someone who has the ability to withstand pressure in an environment where priorities often change very quickly.
The responsibilities of the Part-Time Finance Assistant include, but are not restricted to:
- Accounts Payable
- Processing Expenses
- Sales Ledger and Credit Control
- Weekly payroll for temporary workers, including quarterly submission to HMRC for contractors
- HR Admin
- Revenue reconciliations
- Various ad hoc projects
Skills and experience required:
- Excel, Word and Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll
- Good communications skills
