Denholm’s client, a leading premium coffee manufacturer and services company requires a home-based Divisional Field Sales Manager for England.
Part of a multi-billion Euro group, our client supplies ethically sourced and traceable Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance and Organic standard coffee and state-of-the-art espresso machines to the UK & Ireland foodservice, retail and wholesale channels.
They now require a home-based Divisional Manager for their customers throughout England.
Part of Senior Sales Management, the Divisional Field Sales Manager is responsible for a team of Coffee Field Sales Executives; leading growth, sales, profit and achieving business goals and objectives in line with strategy.
As well as key account management, there is a focus on new business development.
To be considered, you will be a high-achieving FMCG professional with a proven track record in people-management. From a food and/or drinks background, you will have evidence of leading a field-based team to over-achieve set targets and KPI’s. Experience of foodservice/On-premise is an advantage.
