We are working with one of the UK's best known branded drinks businesses on a great role. Working on a 1-year contract to cover a maternity leave, this exciting opportunity will give you exposure to working on a range of projects at all stages of the development life cycle and will give you the opportunity to take new to market brands to the launch.
As the business looks for growth, innovation has been identified as a key strategic pillar. You will deliver innovation across the portfolio to assist in delivering the stated growth targets over the next 3 years: With ambitious targets to grow annual revenue from incremental innovation you will develop existing brand equities into new markets, via innovation across new packs & products as well as identify new and innovative products that are built from consumer insight and meet unmet needs/ motivations. You will then project manage these from concept through to launch.
YOu must be degree educated and a creative thinker with experience in a branded goods marketing role – including branded New Product Development. Evidence of managing multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment is a must along with the experience of a process and research driven role that has generated and validated new concepts and then turned these into workable business solutions. Strong leadership, communication skills & influencing skills are also required along with a strong commercial understanding.
