Denholm’s client, a market leading financial services organisation, is going through a period of exciting change and their Marketing team is growing.
They are looking for someone who is passionate about data. Someone who can use the information, analyse it and create better insight into driving future marketing activity. Ideally you will be able to articulate the marketing story as much as doing the analysis and should be comfortable analysing data from a variety of sources including Google Analytics and Microsoft Dynamics.
Reporting to senior management, you will analyse and review customer behaviour, deliver insight to inform improvements to the end to end customer experience across all customer journeys & touch points, develop a robust marketing forecasting model which allows the company to forecast sales delivery on a weekly basis by media/channel.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a self-directed analyst. Effective at utilizing programming tools and applications to meet the demands of measuring and improving marketing effectiveness (SAS, SQL, Access, Excel, Unix, Mainframe). The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric professional with a demonstrated ability around continuous improvement of processes and performance to help support CRM execution.
In terms of financial package, a competitive base salary is offered, along with bonus and pension.
